Online Orders Shipping Policy

Mode of delivery

Orders placed via the Vezina Party Centre order system is shipped to the address indicated by the consumer. The orders are sent via Purolator*, Monday through Friday, between 8 AM and 5 PM. Should there be no one available at the address of destination to sign a proof of delivery form, the merchandise will be returned to the outlet nearest you, where you can claim the package at a convenient time. Additional fees may be charged if shipment is requested by the customer.

*Service in certain areas is provided by CANADA POST.

Shipping free

Shipping and handling is $11.95 excluding taxes or free for orders of $95.00 or more before taxes. Excess weight and distance may influence the cost of shipment; there fore, additional fees may be applicable. In such case, we communicate with the customer immediately and find the best suitable way to settle the payment of any additional fee.

Delivery

Is normally between 24 to 48H but conditional to all items being available at time of order. The delay could vary depending on the region.

EXCEPTIONS

The free delivery policy on orders of, or exceeding 95.00$ before taxes is not applicable if your postal code starts with; G0C, G0G, G0T, G4T, J0M, J0T, J0X, J0W, J0Z, J0Y, J9P, J9X, J9Y and J9Z also not applicable if the merchandise has to be delivered outside the province of Quebec. 

Free shipping does not apply to equipment rental, helium rental and balloon bouquets.

Return policy 

We will accept exchanges or returns within 7 days of purchase.

You must include the original sales receipt and all products must be new and in their original packaging.

No exchange or refunds on hats, wigs, makeup, contact lenses, masks, Halloween costumesor any other products that are not wrapped or packaged.
